Arcade Manager

About the role

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an energetic, driven Game Manager to oversee the overall operations of our state-of-the-art games room. Our game rooms feature arcade games, virtual reality, laser tag, bumper cars, and other attractions, along with a full retail-style prize center.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent guest experience
• Meet and exceed arcade sales goals
• Manage a retail-style prize store
• Hire, train, and manage hourly staff
• Complete arcade audits
• Analyze game payouts and perform high-end reconciliation
• Merchandize the prize store and order arcade inventory
• Organize storage rooms and price new items
• Test drive arcade games and generate reports

Requirements

• 1-2 years of management experience
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with Excel
• Knowledge of Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros, and Embed software is a plus
