AR Resource

Temporary, non-exempt full-time position effective July 2025.

About the role

Under the direction of the VP of Revenue Management, the AR Resource helps manage and oversee the business office's billing functions including accounts receivable, resident trust funds, and other assigned duties. The AR Resource ensures the financial systems are accurate, efficient, and in accordance with professional accounting practices, company policies, and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes
• Handle Medicare/Medicaid billing in a long-term care/skilled rehabilitation environment
• Maintain and manage resident trust funds
• Ensure compliance with professional accounting practices, company policies, and government regulations

Requirements

• At least three (3) years of accounts receivable management experience in healthcare
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing in long-term care/skilled rehabilitation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Openness to learning and strengthening leadership skills

Work Environment

This job operates in a mostly remote atmosphere with weekly Teams meetings utilizing video. Occasional travel is required for in-person meetings with the team and/or facilities related to the workload.
