AR / AP Specialist

About the role

Responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
• Resolve discrepancies and discrepancies between invoices and payment records
• Prepare and submit reports on account balances and payment trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and disputes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
