Company introductionWe are a leading staffing agency partnering with major organizations across multiple industries to deliver exceptional talent solutions.Role summary / purposeAR/AP I professional responsible for auditing construction and non-construction invoices using established invoicing processes and standards to ensure compliance and timely vendor payments.Key responsibilitiesReconcile and approve vendor invoices to ensure compliance with contract provisions by reviewing timesheets, equipment charges, and construction order requirementsAudit work order materials, labor, and equipment to ensure actual field construction matches invoiced amountsCommunicate with external stakeholders regarding rejected invoicesMonitor and track the status of post-audit corrections to ensure accurate and timely paymentWork independently to resolve invoice issuesDemonstrate strong computer skills and ability to learn quicklyExhibit flexibility and dependability during normal work schedulePrioritize work effectivelyRequirements - education & experienceHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum two (2) years of related work experienceNice-to-have / preferred skillsBachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related business fieldThree years of related experienceComplex Accounts Payable experienceContract administration experienceEmployment details - type, location, hoursDuration: 3 yearsLocations: Charlotte, NC; Apopka, FL; Wilmington, NC; Plainfield, IN; Greensboro, NC; Raleigh, NCWork schedule: 40 hours per week, core hours 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday with flexibilityWork arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days onsiteContingent worker may need to commute to additional offices for monthly meetings depending on location and team placement.Equal opportunity statementWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
