About the role
The Aquatics Coordinator will oversee all aquatic programs and facilities, ensuring they meet safety standards and provide high-quality experiences for patrons.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of aquatic facilities including pools, spas, and related equipment.
- Develop and implement aquatic programs such as swim lessons, water safety courses, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate aquatic programming into overall facility offerings.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on aquatic equipment and facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aquatic Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aquatic management or similar role.
- Valid lifeguard certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with aquatic facility management software.
- Knowledge of CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
$40,000 - $50,000 annually based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
