Aquatics Coordinator

About the role

This role is responsible for the daily operations, staffing, training, and growth of our aquatics programming — including group swim lessons, private lessons, and lifeguard services — while maintaining a safe, high-quality experience for members and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the aquatics department
• Manage daily operations and staffing
• Train and develop staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aquatics management or coaching
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of aquatic safety protocols and CPR certification

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with scheduling and attendance tracking systems
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
