About the role
The Aquatics Coordinator will oversee all aquatic programs and facilities, ensuring they meet safety standards and provide a positive environment for patrons.
Responsibilities
- Oversee aquatic programs and facilities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Develop and implement aquatic facility maintenance plans
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance aquatic offerings
- Manage staff and volunteers
- Plan and execute aquatic events and workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aquatic Science, Physical Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aquatic management
- Valid lifeguard certification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of aquatic safety protocols
- Experience with aquatic facility operations and maintenance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts
