Appraisal Coordinator (Customer service)- Remote Position (Part Time)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for contacting Policyholders via phone, SMS and email to explain the reason for the required insurance appraisal, building policyholder trust and alleviating any concerns
- Provide a “concierge” service to Homeowners on our ASSIST products, aiding them with installing our photo-capture app onto their mobile phone, and supporting any technical questions they may have
- Keep work order statuses up to date in the system
- Prioritize work, meet deadlines and achieve productivity goals
- Keep management posted on any unusual situations, instructions, etc.

Qualifications
Knowledge of residential and commercial insurance processes and procedures.
Experience with customer service and communication.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with mobile devices and apps.

Pay
Total compensation for this position is targeted at $14-$15 per hour. Base salary is $13 per hour. The target total compensation consists of a base hourly wage plus performance-based incentive pay. Incentive Pay is driven by productivity, turn-around time and quality, and is not sales-based.
