Description
The Appraisal Coordinator - eStreet supports the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Appraisal Department. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and prioritizing appraisal orders.
- Maintaining workflow efficiency within the Loan Origination System (LOS).
- Tracking appraisal assignments from order date through final completion.
- Timely follow-up and status updates throughout the appraisal lifecycle.
- Create and maintain reports to monitor appraisal pipelines and performance metrics.
- Identify delays, workflow bottlenecks, or compliance concerns and escalate, as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and system updates.
- Aid clients with appraisal ordering processes and manage appraisal-related conditions.
- Communicate directly with appraisers to coordinate assignments and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Processing, and Production departments to ensure operational alignment.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of related experience preferred.
- Mortgage industry experience preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment preferred.

Work Environment And Physical Requirements
- Working on-site at assigned office location.

- Constant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.
- Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.
- Light lifting and carrying (up to 20–25 lbs.).
