Appointment Setter
Inside Sales Representative – Mechanicsburg, PA (In Person). Multiple full-time shifts available, including daytime and evening schedules.
About the role
West Shore Home is hiring Inbound Sales Representatives to join our Mechanicsburg call center team. In this role, you’ll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and help schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales team — no cold calling. This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role focused on customer communication, follow-up, and appointment setting.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Reconnect with customers who previously met with our sales team
- Schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives
- Educate customers on West Shore Home products and services
- Track customer interactions in Salesforce
- Work toward daily and monthly performance goals
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Enthusiasm, high energy
- Positive, goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
Pay
$18.75–$19.75/hour plus monthly bonus opportunity.
