Appointment Scheduler (Bilingual - Spanish)

MediQuest, a full-service medical group, is looking to hire a Bilingual Medical Scheduler with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments
• Answer multi-line phones
• Perform insurance verification
• Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external customers
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical scheduling role
• High-volume scheduling experience (must)
• Experience scheduling appointments in a medical setting
• Experience handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
• Excellent computer skills, including EMR/EHR experience
• Strong customer service and sales quality experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• COVID and flu vaccinations required to start
• High school diploma (required)

Pay

$21.50 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
