Appointment Setter (Bilingual)

About the role

Integrity Insurance and Financial Services, 2013 to 2025 Exclusive General Agent of the Year for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Texas, has full-time positions available for our Inside Sales Department at our Orland Park, Illinois location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a level of effort on a daily basis to meet and exceed assigned goals.
• Conduct follow-up phone calls on a daily basis.
• Reliability in attendance and responsibility in completing goals are critical to success.
• Outbound calls to customers to increase sales appointments.
• Proactively remind and confirm customers of scheduled appointments.
• Taking inbound calls for current and prospective customers.
• Log all customer information into our CRM database.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and communication skills both on and off the phone; great phone etiquette required.
• Strong attention to detail, hardworking, motivated and computer skills are a must.
• Sales experience is preferred but not necessary. Training provided.
• Health and Life Insurance License is a plus.
• MUST BE BILINGUAL

• Earning potential $50,000 - $75,000 plus annually.

Pay

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule

Monday – Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm depending on company needs.
