Bilingual In-Store Appointment Setter

Pay: $18–$20 per hour + commission. Average earning potential with commission: $20–$30/hour.

About the role

American Residential Services (ARS-Rescue Rooter) is the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to serve as Bilingual In-Store Appointment Setters in national home improvement retail stores, generating appointments for our home services team.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers inside retail stores to promote HVAC services, system tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate productive appointments each shift; hours are managed accordingly.

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Experience generating face-to-face appointments (door-to-door or business-to-business).
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers in a retail environment.
• Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability required.
• Reliable transportation and clean, professional appearance.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
