Appointment Scheduler (Bilingual - Spanish)

About the role

A well-known and established Neurology practice is searching for an enthusiastic, friendly Bilingual Appointment Scheduler to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, managing patient inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service to both English and Spanish-speaking patients.

• Manage patient inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer service to English and Spanish-speaking patients

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in front desk, medical scheduling, patient check-in, or insurance verification duties
• Fluent in English and Spanish (highly preferred)
• Strong phone etiquette and effective communication with patients
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or healthcare admin experience is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and knowledgeable of EMR systems (preferred)

Pay

$21.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
