Responsibilities

• Manage the shift and ensure that daily priorities are met
• Control the daily norm, quality and machine set-up
• Participate in complaint resolution and new product introduction
• Work independently on CNC punching machines
• Adhere to and enforce health and safety and housekeeping regulations
• Ensure tidiness in accordance with the 5S method

Requirements

• Willingness to work multiple shifts
• Experience in similar work
• Computer skills
• Good organisational and communication skills
• A zest for working with and mentoring people
