Applied Behavior Technician (Part-Time) (9am-2pm)

About the role

We are seeking energetic, compassionate, fun, and dedicated individuals to work with children and families. Our technicians implement focused interventions based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, focusing on natural environment teaching (NET) and discrete trial training (DTT).

Responsibilities

• Implement NET and DTT as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Facilitate play and social interaction
• Design and conduct daily small group activities in a fun, engaging environment

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Prior experience working with ASD population is preferred
• Prior experience working with children is preferred
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• The ability to establish rapport with young clients

Pay

$18-20 w/o RBT Certification, $19-21 w RBT Certification

Schedule

Part-Time, Monday-Thursday, 9am-2pm (average 12-24 hrs per week, depending on availability)
