About the role

Responsible for providing behavioral support in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior plans as outlined by the treatment team
  • Monitor residents' behaviors and report incidents to supervisors
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss resident progress and challenges
  • Assist with daily living activities and ensure safety

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Pass a background check and criminal history review

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of positive behavior support strategies
