About the role
We are seeking energetic, compassionate, fun, and dedicated individuals to work with children and families. Our technicians provide focused, evidence-based intervention based on applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Responsibilities
- Implement natural environment teaching (NET) and discrete trial training (DTT) as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Facilitate play and social interaction
- Design and conduct daily small group activities in a fun, engaging environment
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Prior experience working with ASD population preferred
- Prior experience working with children preferred
- A compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- The ability to establish rapport with young clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- $18-20 w/o RBT Certification
- $19-21 w RBT Certification
Schedule
- Part-Time, Monday-Thursday, 11:45-6:30p (average 12-24 hrs per week, depending on availability)
- Team Meetings Wednesdays at 11a
