About the role

We are seeking energetic, compassionate, fun, and dedicated individuals to work with children and families. Our technicians provide focused, evidence-based intervention based on applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities

  • Implement natural environment teaching (NET) and discrete trial training (DTT) as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Facilitate play and social interaction
  • Design and conduct daily small group activities in a fun, engaging environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Prior experience working with ASD population preferred
  • Prior experience working with children preferred
  • A compassionate and empathetic demeanor
  • The ability to establish rapport with young clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Pay

  • $18-20 w/o RBT Certification
  • $19-21 w RBT Certification

Schedule

  • Part-Time, Monday-Thursday, 11:45-6:30p (average 12-24 hrs per week, depending on availability)
  • Team Meetings Wednesdays at 11a
