Registered Behavior Technician (8:00am - 2:00pm)(FT/Entry Level)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings
• Reinforce clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or similar ages
• Work in an in-clinic setting with clients
• Assume and maintain various postures for extended periods
• Sit or stand for extended periods
• Travel between different job sites as required
• Adhere to Blossom's Core Values
• Complete 40-hour RBT Training Modules
• Obtain CPR certification and First Aid Training

Requirements

• Experience providing ABA direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings
• Available to work a consistent full-time schedule Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Punctual and reliable, showing up on time and ready to work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds
• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to work in an in-clinic setting
• Willing and able to travel between different job sites
• Demonstrate/possess all of Blossom's Core Values
• Obtain CPR certification and First Aid Training

Qualifications

Must enjoy working with children ages 2-10 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or have experience working with children of those ages.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and flexibility in scheduling are essential.
