Responsibilities
- Partner with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Develop technical solutions and execute optimal trial designs
- Communicate with customers to identify and resolve ongoing problems
- Collaborate with technical and production leaders to maintain business relationships
- Document product validation processes including technical and regulatory aspects
- Manage sections of a Strategic Business Unit with minimal supervision
- Lead safety training and education initiatives internally and externally
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in technical field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, etc.)
- Expertise in chemical treatment programs for wastewater systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of clarifiers and Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) systems
- Experience with pretreatment and membrane technologies
- Background in Hydrocarbon and Chemical processing utilities
- Familiarity with Boiler and cooling systems is a strong plus
