Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary project teams

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering
- Extensive project management experience for municipal wastewater treatment projects (planning, design, and construction)
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams
- Demonstrated understanding of municipal wastewater treatment processes and technologies
- Multi-discipline design management experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in the state of Illinois or ability to obtain within 6 months
Qualifications
- More than 15 years project management experience for municipal wastewater treatment projects (planning, design, and construction)
- Willingness to work with and mentor younger staff to develop their project management skills
- Experience with process mechanical design and willingness to perform as the discipline lead role on an as-needed basis
- Master’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $170,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
