What You'll Be Doing

  • Administer and support integrations across the finance application ecosystem, including Boomi, Celigo, NetSuite, ADP, Avalara, DocuPeak, APSmart, and related business applications
  • Own end-to-end finance data flows, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and operational continuity
  • Support the ongoing enhancement and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform and finance technology roadmap
  • Partner with Finance and Operations stakeholders to understand reporting, integration, and process improvement needs
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide actionable business insights
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across multiple finance systems
  • Support payroll integrations, accounts payable automation, and finance workflow improvements
  • Collaborate with Commercial Platform Specialists, NetSuite subject matter experts, and Enterprise Solutions teams on shared integrations and enterprise initiatives
  • Document integrations, business processes, and system configurations to strengthen organizational knowledge and reduce key-person dependency
  • Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve data flow issues before they impact business operations
  • Support application security, user access, audit requirements, and finance system compliance initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide general application support across business systems as needed and serve as a backup subject matter expert for finance applications

What You'll Bring To The Table

  • Experience supporting ERP platforms, with NetSuite experience strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, Celigo, or similar iPaaS solutions
  • Strong understanding of finance system processes, including billing, accounts payable, payroll, tax, and reconciliation workflows
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and reconciliation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to understand complex system integrations and translate technical concepts into business solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting critical business applications
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to continuous process improvement
