About the role
Application Support position located in Salt Lake City, UT 84101, hybrid (on‑site 3 days per week). Must be a U.S. citizen.
Responsibilities
- Resolve daily issues for users of software systems as part of an application support team (primary job duty).
- Support both the MES (Apriso) and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) systems, including their interfaces.
- Track issues for the site in the helpdesk issue system and the software development environment to ensure follow‑up and closure.
- Collaborate with the D365/Apriso IT Solution Support team and IT Development teams to drive problem resolution.
- Communicate effectively with users on the factory floor and office workers.
Requirements
- 6‑10 years of experience as a member of an application support team resolving issues for users of software systems.
- Experience with either Apriso (MES) or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) is preferred; training will be provided for both and their interfaces.
- Effective communication skills with factory‑floor and office users.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
