Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality consulting and implementation services that help clients successfully adopt and optimize enterprise software solutions.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to implement and optimize utility Customer Information System (CIS) solutions.
- Lead customers through implementation activities, including configuration, issue resolution, system setup, administration, and user training.
- Conduct business analysis through gap analysis, root cause analysis, process reviews, documentation, and requirements gathering.
- Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions, analyze client business processes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Manage user acceptance testing and change management activities to ensure successful adoption and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop user documentation, training materials, and handover resources to support long-term customer success.
- Provide subject matter expertise to product and operational teams by sharing insights on market trends, client needs, and industry best practices.
- Partner with project managers to monitor progress, identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and support successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client value through additional products, services, and process improvements.
- Travel approximately 50% within North America to support client engagements and implementation activities.
Requirements
- Strong consulting abilities, technical understanding, and customer-facing experience.
- Comfortable working with both business and IT stakeholders and having a proactive mindset toward learning and innovation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and critical reasoning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Experience working with both business and IT teams, preferably in enterprise software or utility technology environments.
- Background in software implementation, consulting, business analysis, or related technology-focused roles.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Experience with Customer Information Systems (CIS), utility operations, or related industry processes is highly valued.
- Knowledge of SQL and software configuration concepts is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in project-based environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to take ownership and contribute across different areas.
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI-enabled tools, including copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation solutions, to improve workflows and productivity.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time within North America.
