Application Consultant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement customer training for Carestream Health Imaging products.
• Provide system workflow integration and image quality consultation for Carestream products.
• On-site customer training, collaborating with clinicians and professional staff to ensure proper and efficient operation of Carestream products.
• Support Direct Radiography systems including DRX-1 Retrofit system, Revolution portable, Evolution, and Compass DR systems.

Requirements

• Radiologic Technologist Degree, A.R.R.T. certification in Good Standing required.
• 3+ years of experience in related Radiology disciplines (e.g., CT, MR, US, CR, DR and Diagnostic Radiography).
• Fundamental knowledge of Radiology workflow and departmental operations.
• A working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications to include Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Individual must exhibit a professional appearance and be effective with oral and written communication.
• Must be self-motivated, able to plan and coordinate multiple activities, and adapt to changes.
• Must work independently and as a team member to achieve customer satisfaction and Carestream business objectives.
• Must have strong customer relations and organizational skills.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able and willing to travel extensively with a valid driver's license.
• Previous Carestream equipment experience desired but not required.

Qualifications

• Extensive 90%-100% travel required.
• Work environment includes Hospital and Clinical settings within patient care areas.
