Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances:
- Refrigerators
- Washers & Dryers
- Dishwashers
- Ovens, Ranges & Cooktops
- Microwaves
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Recommend necessary repairs and parts.
- Complete work orders and collect payment through our service app.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of appliance repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- English required (Spanish or Russian is a plus).
