Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on Appian implementation on delivery teams and advise clients on technical matters.
  • Design and integrate cutting-edge Appian solutions into clients' architectures.
  • Deliver solutions that adhere to best practices for scalability and performance.
  • Drive process improvements for clients and support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance overall capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
  • At least 2 years of related IT experience.
  • Prioritization of candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
  • Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong technical design and implementation skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cloud computing, IaaS, authentication systems, data management, machine learning, and artificial intelligence is preferred.
  • Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB), web services, integrations, and middleware (RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion).
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for client meetings.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area.

Skills

  • Certification: Relevant industry certifications are highly valued.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors such as skill set, experience, and training.
