Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Appian implementation on our delivery teams and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Help scale our business by offering expert guidance on solution delivery and designing cutting-edge Appian solutions.
- Deliver on best practices for advanced technical solutions and platform design, and implement internal processes and tools to enhance business efficiency.
- Implement complex technical solutions with Appian and related technologies.
- Guide clients on design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives to ensure technical success.
- Drive process improvement for our clients.
- Mentorship, training, and enabling of resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
- 2+ years of related IT experience.
- Preference given to candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology.
- Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing; strong analytical and strategic foresight.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with cloud computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP).
- Experience with data management and data visualization/BIDevSecOps and/or Configuration Management.
- Experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required.
- Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area.
- Some travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%).

- Salary range: $98,855.00 - $138,979.00
