Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on Appian implementation on delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Help scale the business by guiding solution delivery and designing cutting-edge Appian solutions.
  • Deliver on best practices for advanced technical solutions and platform design.
  • Implement internal processes and tools to enhance business efficiency.
  • Drive process improvement for clients.
  • Mentor and train resources to support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
  • 2+ years of related IT experience.
  • Preference given to candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
  • Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong technical design and implementation skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Experience working with cloud computing, authentication, data management, DevSecOps, and machine learning.
  • Local to the DC Metro area preferred, but some travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%).

Pay

The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and organizational needs.
