Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Appian implementation on delivery teams and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Help scale the business by guiding solution delivery and integrating cutting-edge Appian solutions into clients' architectures.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and performant, and support process improvement for clients.
- Mentor and train internal resources to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clients on design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives to drive technical success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
- At least 2 years of related IT experience.
- Prioritization of candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical design and implementation skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong analytical and strategic foresight.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Appian, RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB), web services, integrations and middleware (e.g., RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion).
- Experience with cloud computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP), data management and data visualization/BIDevSecOps and/or Configuration Management, machine learning, artificial intelligence.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area.
- Some travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%).

Pay
The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and training.
