Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on Appian implementation on our delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Help scale Groundswell by guiding solution delivery and designing cutting-edge Appian solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and performant, and support process improvement for clients.
  • Mentor and train internal resources to enhance capabilities and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
  • 2+ years of related IT experience.
  • Prioritization of candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
  • Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong technical design and implementation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cloud computing, IaaS, authentication, data management, machine learning, and artificial intelligence is preferred.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Some travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%).

Qualifications

  • Experience with Appian, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB), web services, integrations, middleware, and cloud computing.
  • Strong background in DevSecOps and configuration management.
  • Knowledge of SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP, and data management and visualization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Appian certification.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill set, experience, and training.
