Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Appian implementation on our delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Help scale Groundswell by guiding solution delivery and designing cutting-edge Appian solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and performant, and support process improvement for clients.
- Mentor and train internal resources to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
- 2+ years of related IT experience.
- Prioritization of candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical design and implementation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cloud computing, IaaS, authentication, data management, machine learning, and artificial intelligence is preferred.
- US Citizenship required.
- Some travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%).
Qualifications
- Experience with Appian, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB), web services, integrations, middleware, and cloud computing.
- Strong background in DevSecOps and configuration management.
- Knowledge of SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP, and data management and visualization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Appian certification.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill set, experience, and training.
