Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Appian implementation on delivery teams and advise clients on technical matters.
- Design and integrate cutting-edge Appian solutions into clients' architectures.
- Deliver solutions that meet best practices for scalability and performance.
- Drive process improvement for clients and support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
- 2+ years of related IT experience.
- Prioritization of candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical design and implementation skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience working with cloud computing, authentication systems, data management, machine learning, and artificial intelligence is preferred.
- US Citizenship required.
- Travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%).
Qualifications
- Experience with Appian, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB), web services, integrations, and middleware (RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion).
- Experience with cloud computing, IaaS (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), authentication systems (SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP), data management, data visualization, and DevSecOps.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and organizational needs.
