Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on Appian implementation on delivery teams and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Help scale Groundswell's business by guiding solution delivery and integrating cutting-edge Appian solutions into client architectures.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and performant, and support process improvement for clients.
  • Mentor and train resources to enhance internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
  • 2+ years of related IT experience.
  • Prioritization of candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
  • Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong technical design and implementation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong analytical and strategic foresight.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Experience working with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB).
  • Experience with Web services, integrations, and middleware (RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion).
  • Experience with cloud computing/IaaS (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with authentication (SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP).
  • Experience with data management and data visualization/BIDevSecOps and/or Configuration Management.
  • Experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area.
  • Some travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%).

Pay

The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and organizational needs.
