Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Appian implementation on our delivery teams and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Help scale Groundswell by guiding solution delivery and designing cutting-edge Appian solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and performant, and support process improvement for clients.
- Mentor and train internal resources to enhance our capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
- 2+ years of related IT experience.
- Prioritization of candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical design and implementation skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong analytical and strategic foresight.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Appian, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB), web services, integrations and middleware, cloud computing/IaaS, authentication, data management and data visualization, DevSecOps, and machine learning.
- Local to the DC Metro area preferred, with some travel for client meetings (0-15%).

- US Citizenship required.

- Appian certification.
- Cloud computing/IaaS (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Authentication (SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP).
- Data management and data visualization.
- DevSecOps and/or Configuration Management.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and organizational needs.
