Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on Appian implementation on our delivery teams and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Help scale Groundswell by guiding solution delivery and designing cutting-edge Appian solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and performant, and support process improvement for clients.
  • Mentor and train internal resources to enhance our capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
  • 2+ years of related IT experience.
  • Prioritization of candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
  • Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong technical design and implementation skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong analytical and strategic foresight.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Appian, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB), web services, integrations and middleware, cloud computing/IaaS, authentication, data management and data visualization, DevSecOps, and machine learning.
  • Local to the DC Metro area preferred, with some travel for client meetings (0-15%).

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship required.

Skills

  • Appian certification.
  • Cloud computing/IaaS (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Authentication (SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP).
  • Data management and data visualization.
  • DevSecOps and/or Configuration Management.
  • Machine learning, artificial intelligence.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and organizational needs.
