Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Appian implementation on delivery teams and advise clients on technical matters.
- Design and integrate cutting-edge Appian solutions into clients' architectures.
- Deliver solutions that meet best practices for scalability and performance.
- Drive process improvements for clients and support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
- At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
- Prioritization of candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical design and implementation skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB).
- Experience with Web services, integrations, and middleware (e.g., RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion).
- Experience with cloud computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP).
- Experience with data management and data visualization/BIDevSecOps and/or Configuration Management.
- Experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required.
- Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area.
- Some travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%).

Pay
The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and organizational needs.
