What You'll do
We are seeking an experienced Technical Appian Consultant to join our team. This role involves hands-on implementation of Appian solutions, guiding clients on various initiatives, and driving process improvements for our clients. The ideal candidate will also mentor and train internal resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions
- 2+ years of related IT experience
- Preference given to candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology
- Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task, and work both independently and as a team
- US Citizenship required
- Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in cloud computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP)
- Experience with data management and data visualization/BIDevSecOps and/or Configuration Management
- Experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence
Skills
- Certification: Active Appian Senior or Lead certification preferred

Pay
The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and training.

Some travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%).
