Appian Developer Consultant - Civilian

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Appian implementation on delivery teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives
• Deliver advanced technical solutions and platform designs
• Implement internal processes and tools to enhance business efficiency
• Drive process improvement for clients
• Mentor and train resources within the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions
• 2+ years of related IT experience
• Prioritization of candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications
• Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies
• Strong technical design and implementation skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Experience with cloud computing, authentication, data management, machine learning, and artificial intelligence is preferred
• US Citizenship required
• Some travel for client meetings may be required (0-15%)

Qualifications

• Experience working with Appian, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB), web services, integrations, middleware, and cloud computing
• Knowledge of authentication methods such as SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, and LDAP
• Experience with data management and data visualization
• Experience with DevSecOps and configuration management
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence

Pay

The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill set, experience, and organizational needs.
