Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Appian implementation on delivery teams and advise clients on technical matters.
- Design and integrate cutting-edge Appian solutions into clients' architectures.
- Deliver advanced technical solutions and optimize platform design.
- Implement internal processes and tools to enhance business efficiency.
- Guide clients on design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives to ensure technical success.
- Drive process improvement for clients.
- Mentor and train resources to support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
- 2+ years of related IT experience.
- Prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a high-paced environment.
- Experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical design and implementation skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Active US Citizenship.
- Local to the DC Metro area preferred.
- Travel for client meetings may be required (0-15%).
Preferred Qualifications
- Senior or Lead certifications in Appian.
- Experience with cloud computing and IaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with authentication methods (SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP).
- Experience with data management and data visualization.
- Experience with DevSecOps and Configuration Management.
- Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and organizational needs.
