Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on Appian implementation on delivery teams and advise clients on advanced technical solutions.
  • Guide clients on design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Drive process improvements for clients and support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.
  • Mentor and train resources to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
  • At least 2 years of related IT experience.
  • Prioritization of candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
  • Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong technical design and implementation skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong analytical and strategic foresight.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Appian, RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB), web services, integrations and middleware (e.g., RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion).
  • Experience with cloud computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP), data management and data visualization/BIDevSecOps and/or Configuration Management, machine learning, artificial intelligence.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area.
  • Some travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%).

Pay

The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors such as skill sets, experience, and organizational needs.
