Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on Appian implementation on our delivery teams and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Help scale Groundswell's business by offering expert guidance on solution delivery and designing cutting-edge Appian solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and performant, and support process improvement for clients.
  • Mentor and train resources to enhance our team's capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
  • 2+ years of related IT experience.
  • Prioritization and management of tasks, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong analytical and strategic foresight.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong technical design and implementation skills.
  • Experience with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB).
  • Experience with Web services, integrations, and middleware (e.g., RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion).
  • Experience with Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with Authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP).
  • Experience with Data management and data visualization/BIDevSecOps and/or Configuration Management.
  • Experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Active Appian Senior or Lead certifications preferred.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area.
  • Some travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%).

Pay

The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors such as skill sets, experience, and organizational needs.
