Appian Developer Consultant - Civilian

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Appian implementation on delivery teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives
• Deliver advanced technical solutions and platform designs
• Implement internal processes and tools to enhance business efficiency
• Drive process improvement for clients
• Mentor and train resources to support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions
• 2+ years of related IT experience
• Preference given to candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications
• Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies
• Strong technical design and implementation skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• US Citizenship required
• Experience working with cloud computing, authentication, data management, DevSecOps, and machine learning is a plus
• Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB), web services, integrations, and middleware is required
• Some travel may be required for client meetings (0-15%)

Pay

The salary range for this role is $98,855.00 - $138,979.00, taking into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and organizational needs.
