Responsibilities
- Complete apartment turns to create move-in-ready homes
- Perform routine maintenance and resident-requested repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance troubleshooting
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
- Assist with inspections, vendor coordination, and team training as needed
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained community
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
- Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
- Reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
