About the role

AIR Communities is a leading provider of high-quality apartment living solutions across the country. We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Parc Mosaic in Boulder, Colorado.

Responsibilities

  • Complete apartment turns to ensure move-in-ready homes
  • Perform routine maintenance and respond to resident-requested repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
  • Assist with inspections, vendor coordination, and team training as needed
  • Contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained community

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a similar facility or building environment
  • Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
  • Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)
  • Reliable mode of transportation for responding to emergency service requests after hours
  • Comfortable with physical activity and moving heavy equipment and machinery
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
