Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified)

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and high-quality apartment turns to get units ready for new residents.
• Use skills in electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and HVAC to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers to ensure satisfaction and information flow.
• Join the rotating on-call schedule to respond to urgent issues and maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

• Two years of maintenance experience.
• A team player who works well with others.
• A clean criminal record.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred but not required.

Pay

$22 per hour for Maintenance Tech I (1+ year of experience and HVAC certification). $24 per hour for Maintenance Tech II (3+ years of experience and HVAC certification).

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts and on-call rotation.
