HVAC Apartment Maintenance Technician

Forest Park Apartments is seeking a skilled HVAC Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As a family-owned, owner-managed company, we prioritize our people and offer a professional home where your expertise is rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure residents remain comfortable.
• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks as needed.
• Respond to work orders and provide top-tier resident service.
• Support apartment turnovers.
• Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week every 3rd week).
• Assist with snow removal when necessary.

Requirements

• EPA Certification is required.
• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.

Pay

$21.00 – $25.00/Hour (depending on experience) with annual salary increases based on performance.

Schedule

Consistent, full-time, year-round work with stability and stability.
