Apartment HVAC Maintenance Tech

About the role

We are seeking a maintenance technician for our 340-unit apartment community in Roswell!

Responsibilities

- Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues including, but not limited to: - A/C and heating systems - Electrical and plumbing - Appliances - Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings - Tile, carpet, flooring - Ceiling leaks

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance. - Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification. - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. - Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment. - Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every 6 weeks for emergencies. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus! - Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus!
