Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility, equipment, and systems operating safely and efficiently. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and support a clean, functional work environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality work, communicates clearly, and works well both independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and fixtures Inspect facilities regularly to identify repair needs, safety concerns, and maintenance priorities Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC issues as needed Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner Assist with repairs, replacements, and installations of parts and equipment Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance areas in an organized and safe condition Support facility improvements and respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests Follow safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements at all times Document completed work, parts used, and any follow-up needsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, repairs, or a related field preferred Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, lift, and carry items as needed Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy materials with or without assistanceWhat We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunities for growth and skill development Supportive team environment Varied, hands-on work in a fast-paced settingEqual Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and value a diverse and inclusive workplace.
