About the role
The Campus team is dedicated to providing excellent housing for college students since 1958. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Aid in leasing efforts to achieve full occupancy and maintain high occupancy levels
- Maintain accurate records of property availability and manage the renewal process
- Review and approve rental applications, presenting them to the General Manager for signature
- Manage property licenses and renewals through legal counsel and city liaisons
- Handle check-outs, ensuring compliance with final account statements and conducting inspections of vacated units
- Investigate and address resident concerns promptly, maintaining good public relations
- Prepare weekly reports on property performance as requested
- Develop and implement advertising/marketing and resident retention programs
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, typing, answering phones, and using various office equipment
- Operate and maintain computer systems and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Entrata software (preferred)
- Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Logical thinking and ability to follow standardized procedures
