About the role

The Campus team is dedicated to providing excellent housing for college students since 1958. As an Apartment Leasing Agent, you will assist with daily operations to maintain customer satisfaction, financial stability, and high occupancy levels.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in leasing efforts to achieve full occupancy and manage property availability
  • Maintain accurate records of property availability and coordinate lease renewals
  • Review and approve rental applications, then present them to the General Manager for signing
  • Manage property licenses and the renewal process, working with legal counsel and city officials
  • Handle move-outs by verifying final account statements and conducting inspections
  • Respond promptly to resident concerns and complaints, maintaining good public relations
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and assist in developing marketing strategies
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, typing, and answering phones

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Entrata software is preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to follow through with paperwork and meet deadlines

  • Experience in leasing or similar roles
