Responsibilities

• Aid in the leasing process to achieve full occupancy and maintain high occupancy levels
• Maintain accurate records of property availability and assist with the renewal process
• Manage property licenses and liaise with legal counsel and city officials
• Handle the check-out process, including accepting keys and conducting inspections
• Investigate and address resident concerns promptly, maintaining good public relations
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on property performance
• Develop and implement advertising/marketing strategies to enhance property visibility
• Support resident retention initiatives
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and answering phones
• Operate various office equipment and software

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Entrata (preferred)
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow through with paperwork and meet deadlines
